The recent uproar in the financial advisor community would indicate that the CFP Board of Standards has done just that with its latest ad campaign: "Quite Possibly the Perfect Job" aimed at attracting college students to the profession.

The timing of this was sublime as it was just days before the "Make the Leap" challenge which is an event (more about that below 👇🏽) I host to help "would-be" financial professionals understand what it takes to do this job.
